School started back!
Well school stared back after a wonderful Holiday Vacation! Kylan and I both needed very much! Santa was WONDERFUL to us both and just spending time with Kylan was present enough for me. We are currently working very hard on dance right now preparing for our first competition the 3rd weekend in February! Kylan and I are very excited she is competing her solo this year and has been working very hard. Kyaln got the surprise of going to Colorado with her Dad the second week of February. She is excited but she did tell me she was very nervous about getting hurt, and about the heights. I asked her what she meant by the heights and she said the Mountains being to high and her being afraid to ski down. So cute! I am just afraid for her to be gone that far away from me and something happening, and not being able to get to her immediately. Thank goodness for where I work, at least with Air Ambulance Card I have peace of mind, I can fly her home to me if she gets hurt. Other than that we are just super busy with our every day life. Our house is still for sale and we are hoping for a buyer very soon, however the idea of packing and moving is almost over whelming to me. But I can do it. We would just have to find somewhere to go. But we can do that too.

Christmas Time!
Wow! It has been ages since my last post. We are doing good, today is Kylan's last day of school until Jan. 6th and she is so excited to be getting out for the Holidays. I am on the other hand I am not ready for Christmas I still have shopping to do, wrapping, and making some special gifts from Kylan. But we have every night next week to get it done, and I think I will have time. If not the gift bags are coming out. Which wrapping everything was my goal this year, but sometimes plans change, and I have learned in my many years to just roll with it. This year's Christmas list to Santa includes a Hannah bike, and Reborn baby, DS Game, jackets, pants, and sweaters, oh yeah and just recently added Ugg boots. Kylan did write a letter to Santa and she told him she had been so good she could be the Angel on top of the Christmas tree. Amazing right! Where does she get these one liners. Well in case I do not get back on here before Christmas. Kylan and I wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Another Monday!
Well today is another Monday for us. Up and at'em bright and early this morning. Making sure we straighten up our house so if we have a potential showing, everything is ready to go. I can tell it is getting hard for Kylan, she likes to drag out and play, leave stuff behind and come back to it hours later, and that is just not possible when you have your home on the market and you might get a call for a showing while you are on the other side of town. She is trying though, and I am proud of her for that. We road around again looking, in neighborhoods and still keep going back to the same neighborhood. I am praying our house has a buyer out there, and will bless us soon. I would love for my baby to have friends to play with this summer. Please pray this will happen and we find exactly what we need to replace our home.

New Chapters!
So Kylan and I have have decided to begin a new chapter in our lives. We have decided to sell our house and move. Though it will not be a huge move, we plan on staying in Trussville. It is still a HUGE decision. We listed our house last night with long time friend Allan Kennamer, of RealtySouth. I am praying our house will sell quickly so Kylan and I can start this new journey. We are looking for a kid friendly neighborhood, where Kylan can grow up playing with kids she goes to school with, and enjoying the simple things in life, like riding your bike with friends, spot light at dark, friends who live near by spending the night. All the fun things I had as a child, that I want to give to her. I have always heard the saying you always want more for your children than you had. I don't know if that is possible, my childhood was FANTASTIC! I lived in a house full of love, laughter, and fun. I know I am providing those 3 things to Kylan everyday, but I also lived in the best place in the world thanks to my parents, and I want Kylan to have the experience of living around kids her own age, and doing those things. So with that our home is for sale, and we are excited to see where God will lead us to live, when our house sells and we move.

Same as before!
Well as all my usual post start... We have been so busy the past few weeks. We had a softball game last night and lost again, Bless their little hearts, they try but it has just not gone their way. I can say I am ready for ball to be over, it is just 2 days a week, but since it has turned off cold, I am not enjoying sitting in the cold night air. We have purchased Kylan's Halloween costume and she is going to be a scary ball player, complete with cuts and running blood. Nasty! I know, but what can you do. She had originally planned to be a Hooter Waitress, with lost of make-up, big hair, and painted french nails, but came home from her dad's with a changed mind. Don't really know why but oh well, I guess gross is more fun at this age.
Last weekend Kylan danced at the Pumpkin Patch on Saturday and we had a blast. (all weekend long really) Our weekend started off early, Kylan was out of school on Friday and she came to work with me, on Friday, it was so much fun. Sam had her tons of papers to shred and she loved that, we ran by the Volkswagen dealership to get my head light fixed, and with us being so close to the Thrift Store we had to stop in. Which worked out Great for Kylan. We found some black ball pants, for her Halloween costume,, and for the rest of the Fall Ball season, on sale for .79$ go me! Then she found a Trussville tackle-twill baseball jersey for the top of her costume, and an Alabama Crimson Tide Football jersey for Alabama/Auburn day. We were on thrift store finding fire, as Kylan would say. We did a quick loop through the shoe area and found a bag of baby bottles, which Kylan has been asking for Bottles for a while for her babies. I spent a total of $10.80 and had the happiest child you could imagine. As soon as we got home I had to wash and sterilize bottles. Man I am glad those days are over. I forgot how much I disliked boiling that stuff. But man I had one happy little baby doll mommy right beside me. We stayed in on Friday night and relaxed the weather had turned cold and we wanted no part of getting back out in the cool night air. So we snuggled up together and watched the Disney channel and fed hungry babies with their new bottles.
Saturday was a sleep late morning and relaxing and picking up and doing laundry morning. Then getting ready for our trip to the Pumpkin patch to dance. They put on an hour long show and I think Kylan was in all but about 3 or 4 numbers. She did great and so excited to go on a hay ride to get our Halloween Pumpkins. After the pumpkin patch we rode out to Bass Pro to see Ya-Ya and check out some new things there. Kylan even registered to win a hunting dog, with my luck she will win this 100lbs. dog. At least he is trained, but we don't hunt. Kylan said Uncle Jimmy can borrow him and bring him back home to her if she wins him. Then home to relax again for the evening and watch Alabama Football. Roll Tide!
Slept in on Sunday, I know shame on us, and then scrubbing bathrooms and cleaning glass and mirrors, My little windex helper did a great job. Ran to the Halloween store to get blood, and scrapes for the rest of her costume. So much fun, and then back out to Bass Pro with Peep's in his new truck which Kylan loves, to try on Boots, and pants to add to our list for Santa. After work momma came over to bring Kylan home and ate Italian with us and watched Desperate Housewives with us. I surprised Kylan while she was with my mom I decorated our den with our Halloween stuff she was so excited when she came in. It also helped I had her a surprise. She collects Anna Leigh's and I had her two Halloween Anna Leigh's to add to her collection. They are as cute as she is! So that was our weekend just being busy and enjoying each others company all weekend long.

We WON!!!!!!!!!
Well we have been so busy with everything we have had going on. Monday ball practice. Tuesday ball practice, Wednesday dance, Thursday Dance. So I feel like I am chasing my tail most of the time. Kylan had swine flu week before last. She got sick on Thursday night and we went to the doctor on Friday. Stayed in all weekend and she was well by Monday just like the doctor said. She even went to school on Monday, her choice I was going to let her stay home and rest one more day but she was well and ready to be back in school with her friends.
We had a game last night and the Red Foxes won! We were so excited. Kylan scored one of the 6 runs needed to win! She even has a hurt foot and was able to run it home and score. She is doing so good at ball. I am so very proud of her.
Last weekend I took a couple of days and went to the beach for Thunder Beach! It was so much fun. I relaxed, laid in the sun, rode my bike, ate seafood, and drank a few cold beer. We had so much fun, and I really enjoyed spending time with friends, and making new ones! An adult trip is needed every once in a while to blow off steam and re-energize when you are the one doing it all. But I was so glad to get back home to my sweet baby, she is my life!
The weather finally turned Fall and we are not liking it at our house, but it is what it is and I guess we just need to relax and enjoy it. Congrats again to the Red Foxes and Kylan for their win last night! Love you sweet baby girl! You are so Awesome.

WOW!!! How time flies!
Well it has been forever since my last post. We have just been so busy! Kylan is playing Fall ball and Loving it. They have only had one game but she did good, and loves it. I think she likes the fact everyone comes to watch her. It makes her feel even more special than she already is. School is going good, she is making great grades on her papers, and test, and is really enjoying studying. As a reward for doing her homework and reading each night, I am reading Twlight to her out loud. She is enjoying it so much. She has watched the movie so much, she knows what is coming next. She asked last night is this the chapter where Bella almost gets hit by the van? I can't wait for that part. It is really funny, because she has watched the movie so much she can even quote the book in places. But it is helping her reading as well. When we finished chapter 2 last night she went to her reading room/her classroom and stared re-reading aloud the her baby dolls I.e. her class. I heard her say the temperature was a warm seventy-five degrees, and sunny. And she just keep reading, it was precious. We have our second game tonight and we are hoping it does not get rained out, like practice yesterday. Well her comes another busy week for the Robertson Girls! But man I love my life and my precious baby girl!
